September 14, Fineko/abc.az. Milk Dairy LLC, one of the country’s largest food companies, after consolidation, increased its authorized capital, which for the first time exceeded AZN 100 million.

ABC.AZ informs that in the last working week of August 2023, Agro Pro Group LLC announced termination of its activities and joining Milla Dairy LLC.

Thus, after this merger, AZN 31.45 million were added to Milla Dairy's capital. Thus, company’s authorized capital totaled AZN 101.12 million.
