September 12, Fineko/abc.az. On September 28, Baku Auction Center LLC will host the 3rd open auction for the sale of real estate of Caucasus Development Bank, which is in the process of liquidation.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the liquidator of the bank – the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF).

Speech is about a plot of land with an area of 0.8105 hectares belonging to the Caucasus Development Bank, located at address: 44, Ingilab Ismayilov Street, Khatayi district, Baku.

The bank's real estate is estimated at 2.55 million manats.
