September 8, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate on the balance of DemirBank OJSC (under liquidation by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund) will be put up for open auction in the Baku Auction Center at 11 am on September 28.

ABC.AZ was informed at the ADIF that the property includes a private residential building with total area of 387 sq m, located on a land plot with an area of 0.10 hectares in Sarai settlement of Absheron district.

The initial selling price of the property is 150,000 manats.
