September 1, Fineko/abc.az. The building with a century-old history, located in the Baku village of Sabunchi at the address "Near the station, 32", can be demolished.

ABC.AZ reports that it was confirmed that a two-story, three-entrance 22-apartment residential building located in Sabunchu district, Sabunchi settlement, A. Mammadaliyev street (former Station), house 32, was built in 1898.

By an act dated November 17, 2015, drawn up by the state main design institute "Azerdovletlayiha" of the State Agency for Supervision of Safety in Construction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the building was recognized as technically dangerous and unsafe for operation.
