New head appointed to Guba district, head of Julfa district dismissed

August 31, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on Thursday appointing Ilgar Mahmudov to the post of head of the Guba District Executive Power.

By another order of the head of state, Siyam Hajiyev was relieved of the post of head of the Executive Power of the Julfa District of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
