August 28, Fineko/abc.az. A total of 299,678 property rights to real estate were registered in January-July 2023, up 53.2% year-on-year.
The state service told ABC.AZ that out of this indicator, 47,406 (15.8%) property rights were of initial registration, and 252,272 (84.2%) were of re-registration.
For January-July of the current year, of the property for which registration of property rights is being carried out, 29,846 were individual residential and country houses, 53,008 were apartments, 209,806 were land plots, 1,815 were non-residential buildings, 4,320 were non-residential premises, 415 property complexes, 68 multi-storey residential buildings. During this period, the city of Baku accounted for 56,177 real estate objects registered in the state, and the rest were registered in the regions.
For seven months, a technical inventory was carried out and a technical passport was drawn up for 245,855 real estate objects, up 61.2% year-on-year. For 7 months of 2023, the number of registered mortgage deals increased by 17.3% compared to the corresponding period last year, reaching 46,611.
