Russia raises export duty on wheat

Starting from August 23, Russia will increase the export duty on wheat from the country to 4,269.9 rubles per ton, ABC.AZ reports, citing the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

Currently, the export duty on wheat and meslin (a mixture of wheat and rye) from Russia is 3,712.8 rubles.

It was also noted that the export duty on barley will currently amount to 439.6 rubles per ton, from August 23, 23,860.3 rubles, the export duty on corn will be increased from 2175.1 rubles to 2495.2 rubles.
