During the seven months of this year, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy transferred AZN 11,231.2 million in taxes to the state budget.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the State Tax Service that tax revenues increased by 22.9% or AZN 2.1 billion year-on-year.

Revenues from the oil and gas sector amounted to AZN 6.2 billion, up 19% or AZN 984.1 million year-on-year.
Oil and gas sector accounted for 45.1% of the taxes paid and non-oil and gas sector was responsible for 54.9%.
