The Training, Education and Certification Department of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) and the Azerbaijan Accreditation Center of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control  under the Ministry of Economy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

ABC.AZ reports citing SOCAR that the meeting was held between SOCAR Vice President Ziba Mustafayeva and Deputy Head of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Jafar Babayev.

The sides discussed the possibilities of cooperation with SOCAR in various areas, such as attracting professional specialists from the oil and gas and petrochemical industries to the accreditation process as experts, sharing knowledge and experience, training technical experts, organizing joint trainings in the field of conformity assessment.
