July 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Stock Exchange hosted the opening ceremony dedicated to the first issue of bonds of VMF LLC in the capital markets.
ABC.AZ reports that interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented bonds with nominal value of 100 manats and circulation term of 18 months were successfully placed at 100% on the BSE by the issuer's underwriter, investment company Unicapital.
The annual interest rate on the bond is 13%, and the interest payment period is every 3 months.
Plenipotentiary representatives of the Central Bank, the Baku Stock Exchange and the National Deposit Center, along with officials of domestic and foreign companies, took part in the ceremony, where the "opening bell" for VMF bonds sounded.
This auction is the 4th 100% successful placement of Unicapital in recent months.
