July 19, Fineko/abc.az. "We are the first private Azerbaijani company to issue bonds, and I am very proud that we are one of the first."

ABC.AZ reports that VMF LLC president Vahid Mustafayev informed about this at the opening ceremony of VMF LLC bonds on the Baku Stock Exchange for a total amount of AZN 1 million.

Mustafayev emphasized that the figure of one million is a figure that fully corresponds to the company.

"AZN 1 million is a suitable amount for us, with which we will start and take action in this sector. Then, of course, it will continue for 18 months, in 18 months we will issue new bonds that will already represent a large figure."

These bonds were issued at a rate of 13% per annum, and the number of bonds is 10,000.
