ABC.AZ reports that this was reported by property expert Ulvi Aliyev. He said that over the past year, real estate prices have tripled.

He added that the number of people wishing to purchase non-residential premises in Baku has increased today, in particular, for business purposes. In parallel with this, prices have also increased.

Explaining the reasons for the price increase, the expert noted that it is very difficult to sell objects without registration documents. In addition, certain obstacles arise when buying and selling such objects. For this reason, a small number of non-residential premises are offered on the market.

The expert also noted that the beginning of the process of issuing an extract for non-residential premises without documents will also have an impact on the market.

It is also possible that after the full completion of the paperwork, prices will decrease depending on the number of objects.
