July 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 71,028 tons of potatoes for $30,983 for Jan-Jun 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that compared with the 2022 same term, country’s potato exports declined in value terms by 11.6%, or by $4,076, and in quantitative terms by 9.1% or by 7,128 tons.

Over Jan-Jun 2022, Azerbaijan directed 78,156 tons of potatoes for $35,059 for export.

The export price of 1 ton of potatoes was $436 for Jan-Jun 2023 compared with $449 for Jan-Jun 2022.

The average export price of fruits and vegetables has fallen by $12 or 2.8% this year.
