July 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 371,730 tons of cement (in finished or clinker form) for $21,039 for Jan-Jun 2023.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Customs Committee that compared with Jan-Jun 2022, this indicator increased in volume terms by 20.5% or 63,298 tons and in monetary terms by 57.6% or by $7,693.

Over Jan-Jun 2022, our country exported 308,432 tons of cement for $13,346.

The average price of 1 ton of exported cement increased by 30.7%. For the past 6 months, the price for 1 ton of cement exported from the country reached $56.6 versus $43.3 for Jan-Jun 2022.

The share of cement in total exports made up 0.12% and in non-oil exports -1.19%.
