July 12, Fineko/abc.az. On July 19, Baku Stock Exchange CJSC will host an auction for the placement of VMF bonds in the amount of AZN 1 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that 10,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented registered bonds are included in the listing in the standard market segment with nominal value of 100 manats each.

The securities will be in circulation for 18 months. Their annual yield is 13%. Interests will be paid quarterly.

The underwriter of the process is investment company Unicapital OJSC.
