July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of G Capital LLC, registered at the same address as Gilan Holding LLC, in Capital Towers has been slightly increased.

ABC.AZ reports that G Capital’s authorized capital was increased by the last operation by AZN 45.18 million, or by 42%, up to AZN 151.6 million.

At the time of its foundation in 2021, company’s authorized capital was AZN 19.78 million. At the beginning of 2022, it grew up to AZN 105.396 million.

The company is registered at address: 206, Nariman Narimanov Avenue, Yasamal district, Baku (Capital Tower Business Center). Its legal representative is Togrul Hajiyev. When G Capital LLC was created, five companies were created that were registered at the same address with it and are legal representatives of the same person. This includes companies as follows: G CO 1 LLC, G CO 2 LLC, G CO 3 LLC, G CO 4 LLC and G CO 5 LLC.
