July 7, Fineko/abc.az. So far, AZN 18 bn of investments have been invested in the construction sector of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Natig Hasanov, deputy chairman of the Agency for Development of Small & Medium-sized Businesses (KOBIA), said about this at conference "The need to introduce a single form of contract between the subjects of the construction industry and the problems caused by unregulated relations in the industry, ways to solve them."

"Today, the construction sector ranks third in the additional value created by small and medium-sized businesses in the country. Following the indicators of last year, about 15,000 SMEs carried out activity in this sector. Over the past 5 years, the construction sector has become the second sphere where SMEs have been steadily operating," Hasanov noted.
