July 5, Fineko/abc.az. The results of the procurement tender held by the Shirvan city executive authority in connection with the preparation of design and estimate documentation for improvement of the city of Shirvan in 2023 have been canceled.

ABC.AZ reports that tender winner was Everst Tikinti Layihə LLC. However, it was found that there was an unrepresented declaration of the company. In this regard, the result of the competition was canceled.

The decision to cancel was made with reference to Article 11.2 of the Law on Public Procurement.

The Article says: In order to protect the state interests, the procuring entity may decide to reject all tender proposals, offers and quotations before acceptance in the following cases:

when determining a transaction aimed at increasing the price between bidders during the tender procedures;

This decision must be approved by the relevant executive authority. The procuring entity, at the request of the shipper (contractor) who submitted the tender offer, offer or quotation, informs him of the rejection of all tender offers, offers or quotations.

The second point in the decision is taken as a basis when the tender proposals do not correspond to the set of basic conditions of the tender.
