July 3, Fineko/abc.az. On June 23, 2023, by Baku Stock Exchange Listing Committee’s decision, the shares of BOA Agency OJSC were included in the conditional listing in the standard market segment.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that on July 5, 2023, the placement of BOA Agency’s shares by subscription will take place.

Ordinary registered non-documentary shares have nominal value of 1 manat and an amount of 86,000 shares.

The placement underwriter is investment company Unicapital OJSC.
