June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Out of AZN 174.436 million of compensations paid in Azerbaijan for Jan-May 2023, AZN 140.96 million (or 80.8%) accounted for five insurance companies.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are PASHA Hayat Sığorta (AZN 82.625 million), PASHA Sığorta (AZN 30.9 million), Ateşgah Hayat Sığorta (AZN 10.2 million), Xalq Sığorta (AZN 9.87 million) and Ateşgah Sığorta (AZN 7.29 million).

The insurance companies that paid the lowest compensations for the past 5 months are Meqa Həyat Sığorta (AZN 3,000), Ipək Yolu Sığorta (AZN 79,000), Naxçıvan Sığorta (AZN 345,000), Xalq Həyat Sığorta (AZN 898,000) and Qala Həyat Sığorta (AZN 1.039 million). These companies have made a total of AZN 2.36 million of compensation payments (1.4% of the total amount of payments).

And the total payments of the remaining 10 insurance companies amounted to AZN 31.108 million (17.8%).
