June 12, Fineko/abc.az. The new appointment in the management of Meqa Həyat Sığorta has taken place.

ABC.AZ reports that Tural Mammadkhanov has been elected a temporary member of the board of the life insurance company.

Currently, Mega’s Board of Directors, together with Tural Mammadkhanov, is represented by three persons – newly-appointed chairman of board Emil Agamaliev and deputy chairman of board Jamil Nazarov.

Meqa Həyat Sığorta was created in 2019. Its authorized capital is AZN 11 million. Company’s 100% shareholder is Meqa Sığorta.
