This country’s direct investments in Azerbaijani economy grew by 172%

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. The United Arab Emirates invested $54.34 million in the Azerbaijani economy in the 1st quarter of 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Central Bank, this is an increase of 172% against the indicator of Q1 of 2022 - $20 million.

In total, in the 1st quarter of 2023, the foreign investments in the economy of Azerbaijan totaled $1.5 bn.
