June 7, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the BSE Listing Committee, VMF LLC bonds for totally 1,000,000 manats were included in the listing in the standard market segment on June 5, 2023, ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE.

The number of interest-bearing, unsecured non-documentary bonds is 10,000 bonds, the nominal value of each - 100 manats, the annual interest rate - 13%, the maturity - once every 90 days, the circulation period - 18 months.

The placement of these bonds will be carried out by means of an exchange auction on the BSE. The date of the auction, at least 2 business days before the start of the placement, will be announced to investors on the BSE website.

Investment company Unicapital CJSC is the placement underwriter.

100% of the authorized capital of VMF in the amount of 20,220 manats belongs to Vahid Mustafayev.
