May 16, Fineko/abc.az. By Günay Sığorta shareholders’ decision, the chairman of board has been replaced again.

ABC.AZ reports that Hikmet Salmanli has been removed from the post of chairman and appointed a member of board. Parviz Rzayev, who was elected a member in December 2022, was appointed in his place.

Günay Sığorta OJSC was established in 1992. 49.90% of its shares belong to Yegana Shirinova, 48% to Mahmud Mammadov, 21.62% to Günay Bank.
