May 11, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC, subordinate to the State Agency, has announced an open tender procedure for purchases in connection with the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings on a plot of land with an area of 8.11 hectares located on Nakhchivan Street, Shirvan city.

ABC.AZ reports that the tender is held for the following lots:

Lot-1 - construction of multi-apartment residential buildings ##1, 2, 3 and 4

Lot-2 – construction of apartment buildings ##5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10

Lot-3 - construction of multi-apartment residential buildings ##11 and 12

Bidders are invited to submit their tender bids in a signed, sealed, double envelope, in writing. Evaluation and comparison of tender bids will be carried out on the basis of quantifiable criteria defined in the set of basic conditions of the tender.
