May 10, Fineko/abc.az. There are about 3,000 khrushchevka buildings (low-cost, concrete-paneled or brick three- to five-storied houses of Soviet times) in Baku, ABC.AZ reports quoting Baku mayor Eldar Azizov.

The Baku mayor noted that a sufficient number of families live in each of these buildings: "This issue is on agenda, and work is currently underway on it."
