May 4, Fineko/abc.az. Renovated houses in suburban towns and villages of Baku are put up for sale on some ad sites for 10,000-15,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that houses built on 100 sq m of land or less, mainly consist of 1 room and a small kitchen. And sometimes such houses are built without kitchens and bathrooms.

Mukhtar Arturan, an expert on construction issues, said that recently persons engaged in buying and selling real estate have turned it into a "business". These individuals first buy a plot of land, and then build small houses, after which they put them up for sale at low prices.

The expert says that cheap courtyard houses can be found in Khirdalan, Binagadi, Yasamal and other districts. According to him, the foundation of these houses is usually unstable.
