April 28, Fineko/abc.az. In another district of Baku, the state is starting the construction of social houses.

ABC.AZ reports that MIDA LLC, subordinate to the State Housing Construction Agency, announced a tender procedure for construction of social housing in Binagadi district of Baku.

The new social houses will be located at address: Binagadi district, Binagadi settlement, Mine 1, building 5.

Nine hectares of land have been allotted here for construction of new apartment buildings.

In total, 13 multi-apart residential buildings will be constructed on this territory. The tender is divided into lots corresponding to the number of these buildings.

Lot-1 - construction of multi-apart residential buildings ##1 and 2

Lot-2 - construction of multi-apartr esidential buildings ##3, 4 and 5

Lot-3 - construction of multi-apart residential buildings ##6, 7 and 8

Lot-4 - construction of multi-apart residential buildings ##12 and 13.
