April 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation to strengthen the provision of online/electronic public services in the member countries of the Islamic Development Bank using the experience of the ASAN Xidmət of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed on March 1, 2023 in Baku between the State Agency for Provision of Services to Citizens & Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Development Bank.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the relevant presidential decree.

Under the decree, after the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding, the State Agency for Provision of Services to Citizens & Social Innovations should ensure implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should send a notification to the IDB on the completion of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Memorandum of Understanding.
