April 27, Fineko/abc.az. The State Budget for this year will be revised. Istructions were given on this matter at Economic Council’s meeting presided by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

ABC.AZ reports that this may lead to an increase in wages, pensions and benefits.

For the 1st quarter, the State Budget received more finances than predicted. The work on the budget will be completed in the coming days and will be sent to the head of state. After that, it will be sent to the National Assembly. And in May, the State Budget is expected to be discussed in parliament.

MP Vugar Bayramov said that the revision of the State Budget will allow more finances to be allocated to priority areas.
