April 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries in the amount of $11.8 bn for Jan-Mar 2023 (7.9% less against Jan-Mar 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee.

Of the 3-month foreign trade turnover, $7.74 bn accounted for exports and $4.3 bn for import. Exports decreased by 3%, while imports increased by 37.7%.

Eventually, the foreign trade surplus amounted to $3.7 bn (26.6% less than a year ago).
