April 11, Fineko/abc.az. From the beginning of the year to the present day, apartments in Baku have risen in price more than by 5%.

ABC.AZ reports that as one of the reasons for the growth it is indicated that the mortgage fund allocates more finances.

Realtor Gurban Gurbanov says that in some districts the price increase is approaching even 15%.

According to Gurbanov, if the yard houses are documented, they can also be purchased on a mortgage. As a result, the supply will increase, prices will be adjusted.

Real estate expert Ramil Gasimzade says that now the interest in apartments in old buildings is much higher.

He notes that currently most entrepreneurs are not interested in construction of buildings. There is also an increase in land prices up to 20%.
