April 3, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service wants the departure of the head of Eco Control Systems LLC from the country to be restricted in Azerbaijan. ABC.AZ reports that the STS Baku City General Department of Local Revenues appealed on the occasion to the Baku Commercial Court on 3 April 2023.

According to the appeal, taxpayer Eco Control Systems LLC appealed to the commercial court in connection with the petition of the director (head of the executive body) in the case of temporary restriction of the right to leave the country of Iranian citizen Faramarz Asgarzadeh. The Commercial Court will consider the case on 12 April 2023 under the chairmanship of Ulkar Hasanova.
