September 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) discussed with Chinese partners new opportunities for cooperation in the development of the Middle Corridor, increasing cargo transportation and expanding logistics capabilities.

Discussions took place during meetings of ADY Chairman Rovshan Rustamov with delegations of China's leading port and technology organizations within the Conference of Heads of Ports of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Baku.

The meeting participants discussed development of transport and logistics ties between Azerbaijan and China, increase in cargo flows along the Middle Corridor, as well as digitalization of port and railway operations.
