March 6, Fineko/abc.az. An underground parking lot has been put up for sale in Azerbaijan for the first time.

ABC.AZ reports that the underground parking lot on Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the city of Shaki has been put up for sale at an auction organized by the State Service for Property Issues. The auction will be held on 28 March.

The total parking area, located in the spacious basement of a 6-storey building, is 1,143 sq m.

The initial selling price of the object is 144,000 manats. The auction applicants are required to pay a deposit of 14,400 manats.
