March 1, Fineko/abc.az. Russian company AvtoVAZ has raised prices for a number of models, including the popular Niva in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the rise in price concerns both Lada Niva Travel and classic model Niva Legend.

The price of Lada Niva Travel has exceeded 1 million rubles, and the minimum price is already 1.014 million (about $1,300, or 23,000 manats). And the price of the more expensive version of this model exceeded 1.236 milion rubles or 28,000 manats.

And the more common version of Niva Legend in Azerbaijan has risen in price by 2.5-2.6% and reached 822,000-902,000 rubles – $11,000-12,000.
