February 27, Fineko/abc.az. Inexpensive compact electric car Weiao BOMA EV has been presented in China. Its cost ranges $5,700 to $7,460.

ABC.AZ reports that Weiao BOMA EV is a four-seat electric-powered microcar.

The car is available in three body colors: white, blue and gold. The dimensions of BOMA EV are 3517 x 1495 x 1660 mm with a wheelbase of 2,495 mm. It received 15-inch aluminum alloy wheels and 165/55 R15 tires.

The car is equipped with a 41 hp permanent magnet synchronous motor mounted on the front axle with a maximum torque of 84 Nm. The basic version with a rechargeable battery with capacity of 11.9 kWh received a power reserve of 130 km on pure electricity and charging time of 7 hours from 0 to 100%. The option with battery capacity of 18.5 kWh offers power reserve of 200 km and charges in 10 hours. The maximum speed is 100 km/h.
