Nissan announces a new business development strategy

February 27, Fineko/abc.az. As part of its business development strategy, Nissan Motor intends to increase from 23 to 27 the number of new models of electric vehicles and hybrids that will be presented to them by fiscal year 2030, ABC.AZ reports with reference to automaker's website.

"We intend to develop 27 new models of hybrids and electric vehicles," the site says.

Of them, 19 ones will be fully electric.

Due to its strategy, the Japanese company plans to increase sales of electric vehicles and hybrids in key global markets by 2026.

In Europe, this figure should be 98% of the total volume of cars sold, in Japan - 58%, in China - 35%. In the USA, the concern expects to achieve 40% of the level by 2030.
