February 21, Fineko/abc.az. Hundreds of residential buildings are under construction in Baku at new addresses every year. But officially, some of them are transferred to the use of tenants by construction companies without being put into operation.

But how can you be sure that the building is constructed of high-quality materials?

ABC.AZ reports that currently there are also those who live in newly built buildings without commissioning.

Construction expert Shirin Sharifov believes that residents can request a building design project from HBC.

The expert says that since the construction of the building, the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ employees have been checking with accuracy the dimensions of the foundation of the building, the columns, the fittings used in it with each inter-storey, constructive project. If the parameters do not correspond to those specified in the design, then the construction of the next floor is not allowed.

According to Shirin Sharifov, the lack of a constructive project in some buildings constructed in the capital rightly causes concern among residents. He believes that in the future, apartment owners will also not be issued an extract, since buildings of this type will not be put into operation.
