Despite the fact that thousands of buildings were destroyed as a result of the earthquake in Turkiye, about 134,000 buildings of TOKI (Toplu Konut Idaresi Başkanlığı - Department of Mass Construction Management), built 13 years ago in the earthquake zone, have not even cracked.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish press that according to residents, the buildings did not shake, were not damaged.

It is noted that a total of 133,759 buildings were built by TOKI, including 5,545 ones in Kahramanmarash, 8,018 in Hatay, 3,323 in Osmania, 20,605 in Malatya, 17,261 in Sanliurfa, 20,912 in Diyarbakir, 27,947 in Gaziantep, 7,065 in Adiyaman, 21,154 in Adana, 1,929 in Kilis.
