January 19, Fineko/abc.az. Citizens cannot be charged an additional fee related to mandatory car insurance, ABC.AZ reports, citing Compulsory Insurance Bureau’s executive director Rashad Ahmadov.

He added that citizens who faced with such a situation must necessarily contact the hotline of the supervisory authority.
