December 28, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Regulations on the procedure of change a state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the amendments, from now on the relevant executive authority will establish a JSC in accord with the privatization plan of the enterprise and ensure its state registration in accord with the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities & the State Register.

Until now, the relevant executive authority has established a JSC in accord with company's privatization plan and submitted the constituent documents to the relevant executive authority that carries out state registration in accordance with the current legislation.
