December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Two companies belonging to the Union of Companies Gəmiqaya Holdinq have been reorganized.

ABC.AZ reports that Gəmiqaya Şirkəti LLC announces its reorganization as a result of the separation of Gəmiqaya Avtonəqliyat LLC.

The holding with its headquarters in Nakhchivan was founded in December 2008. Currently, Gəmiqaya Holdinq, which unites 14 companies, operates in the construction, industrial, food, trade and agricultural sectors of Azerbaijan and other countries.
