December 23, Fineko/abc.az. Hotel company Imişli Mehmanxana OJSC will hold the next general meeting of shareholders at 11 am on 11 February 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that the shareholders will discuss the approval of the annual report and financial statements for 2022, the liquidation of the company, the creation of a liquidation commission and others.

The shareholders may apply to the executive body of the company with questions concerning the issues on the agenda on working days from 10 am till 1 pm. The presence of all shareholders at the meeting is mandatory.
