December 23, Fineko/abc.az. Elon Musk said that for two years he does not plan to sell shares of Tesla, which he heads, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Reuters.

"I won't be selling [Tesla] shares for probably two years from now. Next year, definitely under no circumstances, and probably not in the future," Elon Musk said during a video conference.

He believes that in 2023 the economy will enter the stage of a "serious recession", and the demand for expensive goods will decrease. He noted that the company is considering the possibility of repurchasing shares, but the decision will depend on the scale of the recession.

On 15 December, based on data received in the electronic database of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Musk sold part of his stake in the electric car manufacturer Tesla for a total of about $3.6 bn.
