December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Microsoft Corporation is planning to acquire Netflix video service.

ABC.AZ reports that the deal is estimated at $190 bn, including payments of all commissions and bonuses.

The deal is scheduled to be officially announced in 2023.

By acquiring Netflix, Microsoft wants to offer a game streaming service on its devices.
