December 20, Fineko/abc.az. Entrepreneurs must ensure transfer of funds in exchange for goods exported through consignment to their accounts in an authorized bank of Azerbaijan for an appropriate period from the date of their announcement.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Orkhan Mammadov, chairman of board of the Agency for the Development of Small & Medium-sized Businesses (KOBIA) under the Ministry of Economy.

He noted that, despite this, in some cases, entrepreneurs face some difficulties in reimbursing part of the declared value because of the inability to submit documents for products that have become unusable after exporting foods, mainly fruits and vegetables.

"It would be better for us to look at the progress in international practice in order to introduce regulatory mechanisms in this sphere," Mammadov added.
