December 12, Fineko/abc.az. "In all countries of the world, railway activity is an industry that causes damage," ABC.AZ reports, citing Azerbaijan Railways’ chairman Rovshan Rustamov.

He said there are no expectations regarding price increases:

"There is no activity in this regard. This is an activity that damages passenger transportation by rail in all countries. For this reason, the president signed a decree on the development of special transportation rules, according to which the institution was tasked with. Serious work is currently underway on this."
