June 8, Fineko/abc.az. Cost of a barrel of Azerbaijan's oil Azeri Light has increased by $1.89 (2.48%).
The price of oil grade Azeri Light is now $78.02 a barrel.
The lowest price for Azeri Light was fixed in December 2001 - $19.15 and highest price in July 2008 - $149.66.
At the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX) following the trading the value of July’s futures of oil grade WTI, compared to last closing of trading ($64.73 a barrel), increased by $1.22 up to $65.95 a barrel.
At the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) following the trading, the cost of July’s futures of oil grade of Brent crude, compared to last closing of trading ($75.36 a barrel), grew by $1.96 up to $77.32 a barrel.
The price gap between Brent and WTI by closing of trading is $11.37.
