November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Insurance company AzSigorta has announced a 31% reduction in the authorized capital, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the insurer.

Company’s authorized capital has been reduced from AZN 20.3 million to AZN 14.007 million.

Thus, the authorized capital is divided into 69 shares with nominal value of AZN 203,000 per security.

The authorized capital of AzSigorta OJSC is 100% owned by Khikmet Ismayilov.
